A hot favourite, diced Beef fillet is pan fried in Wasabi Paste.

Penang Kapitan Chicken:
Chicken breast fillets cooked in turmeric, chilli and spices, finished with coconut milk.

Malaysian Curry Whole Fish: A tantalising whole fish, fried, then topped with Malaysian aromatic curry and vegetables.
